 The human body is a tool for relation and sharing: through dance we encounter others, build connections, and express ourselves. Across all times and places, bodies have danced,communicating universally beyond words, borders, and cultures.

PLANET DANCE explores ritual, folk, and popular dances from different parts of the world. Through observation and practice, it invites children to discover how each culture has found in the body a way to express itself and produce meaning.

An invitation to feel through the body and to open up to the dance of others, recognizing dance as a form of knowledge, an emotional geography. Dancing different cultures is not just a game, but a delicate and necessary gesture, capable of teaching another kind of geography, the one traced by bodies in motion.
